Navigate the ebbs & flows of your health with ease

our PHILOSOPHY
Embrace the changes
As women, we face major ebbs and flows in our health throughout our lives. We rotate between phases of hormonal shifts and changing bodies with little knowledge of what to expect or what is considered ‘normal’. Aura’s goal is to provide you with access to knowledge, tools, and support to allow you to make informed decisions about your health. We hope to create a sense of curiosity and openness that allows you to embrace each and every life phase, providing you with the comfort and confidence to be in your own skin.

our values
01.
Closing the gap
Women and gender-diverse people have long been underrepresented in clinical studies, leading to a knowledge gap in women’s health. Often, their health issues are dismissed. Our goal is to build a body of knowledge to advocate for gender equity and help address disparities in healthcare.
02.
Come as you are
We strive to provide equitable, culturally competent, and inclusive care to all women, gender-diverse individuals, and those from historically underrepresented backgrounds. If you feel that our space and values align with your own, we would love to have you.
03.
See your body as a whole
Women and gender diverse people require an approach to health that encompasses physical, mental and social well-being. We are here to offer a new perspective with a group of phenomenal practitioners, movement instructors and educators to encourage you to look more holistically at what your body may be asking of you.
04.
Judgement-free zone
We are creating a space where you are able to have open and honest communication about sensitive health issues. Whether you are more comfortable to talk one on one with a practitioner, just passively listening in a workshop, or to be a part of a peer support group, we want you to feel heard and supported.
