From your core to your pelvic floor, movement is a crucial component to our mental and physical well being. Our small studio is home to some amazing instructors and educators who will guide you through classes and workshops to improve your overall health, and connect you to a strong community. Please note, new parents must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum prior to attending classes.

  • Form & Fire

    This class will take you through intentional movements designed to improve full body strength, posture, endurance, and flexibility. With a focus on body awareness and moving with a strong core, you’ll be sure to find your preferred challenge level and get a sweat on.

    Spine & Shine

    Move with intention and reconnect to your center in this breath-led Pilates Mat class. Rooted in alignment and core awareness, each sequence is designed to strengthen the body from the inside out. Using bodyweight and small props, you’ll enhance your posture, balance, and body awareness while gently building resistance. This mindful flow brings your body into balance – supporting a more easeful, pain-free life and leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and renewed.

    Pulse & Power

    An energetic blend of Pilates and Barre designed to build strength and stability while keeping movement playful. About half the class is on your feet with dynamic standing sequences, then we move to the mat for core-focused work. Using bodyweight and props, we focus on functional movements that support balance, posture and everyday strength. Expect a rhythm that’s both uplifting and grounding, leaving you feeling strong, stable, and recharged.

  • Strength & Stability Studio Circuit

    Boost strength for everyday life with this total-body circuit class. Using free weights, TRX, and functional equipment, you’ll train the five key movement patterns—push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry. Improve muscle tone, bone health, balance, and mobility while building strength that supports you beyond the studio. Limited to 8 people.

    Lift & Lullabies

    This welcoming class is designed for new parents (6+ weeks postpartum) looking to rebuild strength, reconnect with their bodies, and move with intention—while keeping their babies close. Rooted in the fundamentals of strength training and functional movement, this 8 person class supports all levels of fitness and honours the unique needs of postpartum recovery. Whether you're easing back into movement or ready to challenge yourself, you'll be guided through safe, effective exercises tailored to where you are today.

    Babies are not just welcome—they’re part of the vibe. Come as you are, without pressure to be on time or stay the full class. This is a space where community, connection, and compassion come first.

    Small Group Strength Training

    Train smarter in a supportive group of up to 4 people. With personalized guidance from a trainer, you’ll track progress and work toward your goals using the full strength room—squat racks, cable machines, trap bars, and more. Focused on functional movement, this program builds muscle, bone health, and overall performance with the perfect mix of group motivation and individual coaching.

  • Glow & Go

    Glow & Go is your morning boost of feel-good energy. This fun, all-levels movement class blends strength, stretch, and flow to help you wake up your body, clear your mind, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Expect upbeat music, mood-lifting movement, and a supportive vibe that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and ready to shine.

    Melt & Mend

    Stillness, surrender, and the art of slowing down. This class invites you to settle into deep, supported holds that target the body’s connective tissues, encouraging release and restoration. With the help of props and a focus on breath, you’ll create space not just in the body – but in the mind and heart, too. Perfect for anyone seeking rest, reflection, or a gentle complement to a more active lifestyle.

    Power & Pause

    A balanced blend of strength and surrender.
    This class begins with an energizing Yang sequence to awaken your muscles, build heat, and improve mobility – followed by grounding Yin postures held with support to deeply release tension in the fascia and connective tissues. Expect breath awareness, mindful transitions, and space to both challenge and nourish yourself.

    Slow & Gentle Vinyasa

    A gentle, all-levels Vinyasa class designed to help you unwind and reconnect. Perfect if you're new to yoga or looking to slow things down

    Slow & Soulful

    Move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in this calming Sunday flow. Designed for days when your energy is softer or you're easing your way back into practice, this class offers a slower-paced sequence with extra space to stretch, settle, and simply be. Expect longer holds, seated and reclined poses, slower transitions, and fewer vinyasas –balanced with just enough warmth and movement to awaken your body and support deeper release. It’s the perfect reset for tired minds, tender bodies, or anyone craving mindful movement without intensity.

    Fun & Flirty

    Expect creative flows, supportive guidance, and a few unexpected twists (literal and metaphorical!) as you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Whether you're testing out a new pose, dancing through transitions, or laughing your way through balance work, you'll be surrounded by a welcoming, supportive vibe that celebrates every version of you.

    Come as you are, move as you feel, and leave feeling strong, radiant, and totally lit up.

    Freedom & Feel

    A therapeutic class designed to release tension and restore ease in your body. We move slowly with nourishing, rhythmic sequences, mostly on the ground, focusing on the hips, spine, and shoulders. Expect gentle stretching, longer holds, and restorative movements that support deep rest and recharge.

    Balance & Bonding Postpartum Yoga

    Balance & Bonding is a gentle postpartum yoga class for parents and babies. Rebuild strength, find calm, and connect with your body and your little one in a supportive, inclusive space. Babies are welcome—whether resting, cuddling, or on the move. Feed, soothe, or pause anytime; flexibility is part of the practice. No yoga experience needed. Open to those 6+ weeks postpartum.

    Slow Flow Yoga

    Join Krista for a full body flow to start your Sunday off with stillness- slow dynamic movements to calm your nervous system as you connect to the breath.
